@BritishGas I'm trying to leave your godawful company but the request is being blocked as you've said I'm in debt, both meters have credit on them and I've just been told I have to wait for an email and then raise a dispute by your advisor. I want this sorted today, it's farcical

@BritishGas @MartinSLewis You're blocking my move to Octopus because of a debt I have proven on multiple occasions doesn't exist. You confirm I have no debt, I let Octopus know, then I get a message saying you've blocked it again. Phone line just cuts me off as you're too busy
