I am sick of hearing that we need another agreement with France before Britain can control its own border. We do not. I do not care whether the French cooperate. Britain’s border is Britain’s responsibility. Our government needs to develop a backbone, take control and do the job it is obligated to do - enforce our borders.

Matthew McDonagh says he encountered two individuals praying in a changing room at Hovis Belfast, obstructing access to his locker.

He recorded it.

He was subsequently dismissed.

And then, according to Matthew, Hovis offered him a settlement agreement with conditions preventing him from publicly discussing what happened.

In other words, he says they tried to buy his silence.

Meanwhile, we’re constantly told we must be “accepting” of religious practices, even when ordinary people question how those practices affect shared spaces.

Freedom of religion does not mean freedom to obstruct someone else.

Matthew worked there for 20 years with no disciplinary history.

Now he’s refusing to stay quiet and needs legal help to challenge what happened.
