@EE Last week I asked for a replacement sim for my mum as she has a new iPhone. Instead of the EE operative ordering it as a replacement, he reported it as lost. Her phone has been disconnected and she has yet to receive her sim.

@EE 20th Jan. I've had conflicting information from EE regarding postage - it will be delivered by royal mail then I was told by another operative that you use DPD. All I know is that my mum has yet to receive her sim card and the old sim was cancelled
