I submitted request for AC servicing (Request No: RNP260601039957), but the support experience has been extremely disappointing. Despite raising this complaint twice, I have received neither proper acknowledgment nor any follow-up call regarding the service.

This is illegal from Axis and if I receive any further calls I am going to lodge a complaint in commisioner office and I am being disturbed a lot with anonymous calls and these Loan Team not understanding my problem. This is huge error from Axis side and would need to take action

@shriramprops I have booked my Apartment on Dec 2019 in Cybercity Shriram Mangadu Chennai so far the handover is not yet happen. Progress looks dead slow and there is no appropriate Compensation update. Did I taken the worst decision in my life????

@Uber_Support Been charged 157 extra for my recent ridr for outstanding balance that was pending in 2017. Driver denied the duty and why do I charge back, is this the fair behavior from such a reputed firm and raised this concern after I come back to India but it doesn't helpful.
