Very pathetic situation from a global brand. We were proud of owning a good product, but due to the negligence of the employees the brand gets bad name.

Service engineer visit is supposed to be every 45 days. If not visited for 5 months what is the compensation a customer gets? Since one month no one is resolving the issue. Final call and may be should approach the consumer court..

@CommissionrGHMC Dear Mam this is the inconvenience causing the public at SKD Nagar, NGO’s Colony, Vanasthalipuram. The flower vendors inspite of many requests are not removing the pulling carts. Initially a year ago they came with one cart now they are four.
