These fraudsters are never ending! They call from a US number and the recording is in Hindi claiming to be “Seema Shulk Vibhag” Customs Department in Hindi

I got a call from this fraud. The modus operandi is to play a recording saying your parcel has returned, press 1 for more details, press 0 to speak to customer care. You press 0, the person at the other end claims to be from Fedex. Now this is a well known scam

@EurekaForbes really unhappy. I raised a complaint on Saturday. Booked time for service on Sunday (as advised by representative Shashi). Escalated on Monday, followed by call 18602661177 Tuesday, chased again Wednesday, still no sign of the representative visiting!
