@GoibiboSupport I would like to inform you that I have received a partial refund of Rs10,460/- whereas my refund amount was Rs11,578/- . Kindly provide me clarification of remaining Rs1,118/- along with refund of the same. This issue is pending now for more than a month now

@goibibo @GoibiboSupport I have repeatedly mentioned that I want a full refund, if airlines have initiated entire Rs11,578/- and as per DGCA guidelines both airlines as well as travel agency are bound to provide refund without any cancellation within 14days.

I hope you are aware of the same , if don't receive my remaining refund amount of Rs4,818/- within next 48hrs, I would be forced to take legal action in this matter. I hope and request you for the last time to resolve this issue cordially.

My flight refund is pending @goibibo @GoibiboSupport their mumbai office is not traceable, i am unable to connect to any customer care agent, only bots are replying on insta and the issue remains unresolved since one month now inspite of @flyspicejet initating refund.

Update: As per @goibibo @GoibiboSupport bot messages on instagram I initiated separate refund claim on @goibibo website, after yesterday's tweet I received message that Rs6,730/- will be credited however @flyspicejet has initated refund of Rs11,578/-
