Tick-array layout, sizing, and PDA seeds are unchanged. This is additive only.

Raydium's program upgrade and admin authority has been upgraded to Sqauds V4 and includes a 24-hour timelock

The new multi-sig utilizes air-gapped machines, TOTP & physical key enforcement, local & independent transaction simulation, and transaction timeouts

@raydium's old multi-sig will retain its functionality as a holder of protocol treasury assets

Raydium is working in partnership with @solana's STRIDE Program and @asymmetric_re who provide ongoing support on security practices
