@aairwaves American Airlines claims to give Aadvantage members free bags but WARNING there's a lot of restrictions. Got charged fees, messaged AA who said they would reverse but when I sent email they refuse saying bags weren't free. Horrible customer service & sneaky charges

@JetBlue DM isn't working and people should know. Charge people a fee for priority service that says they will get priority security check-in, early boarding, extra legroom, and a cocktail. We didn't get not even one of these. You can DM me

No wonder so many hate @UHC They handle my FSA & blocked my card bc I sent in proof of a bill 1 day late. I also believe this is for the IRS if requested, not UHC. Can't get the correct person on the phone & they pass me to UMR & the wrong dept. @HHSGov should look into this
In Italy and supposed to go home to US Sunday on @Delta only to find out the rep didn't change my ticket but instead CANCELLED it. Can't get any rep to now do the right thing and correct this. And can't get anyone on the phone.

@AmericanAir Safety is not your priority. You didn't inspect our plane last night and it had mechanical trouble. Customer service is also not your priority. Worst airline in my life and you used to be my number 1
Anyone else dealing with @AmericanAir incompetent, dangerous and tortured handling of #AA657. They kept us captive in the airport overnight and had they flown the plane last night, it had an unknown mechanical problem that would have put our lives at risk
@AmericanAir AA showed total disregard and no concern for its passengers which could have been tragic and was intentionally torturous to everyone on our flight
@AmericanAir You didn't adequately check our plane & would have flown a full plane of passengers on a plane w/ a mechanical problem that took the plane out of service today. The plane didn't fly bc the first officer timed out & u should have planned for that. Every delay falls squarely on AA
