@bbalkus @celestialbe1ng Yes that's what I said, except EU cottage cheese doesn't list "flavouring " because it doesn't contain it - that's the point. It only lists milk and salt.

Feel free to explain how the US would break that down further

Not just: Milk

It wouldn't have to disclose every individual flavour but would have to say it contained flavouring. (As per the example you just shared)
