@roberts2314@ConwaysCorner Agreed. So, PGAT should promote as a PGAT event not the best vs best. How to people not realize the damage the PGAT has done to world golf? The once great DPTour is literally a feeder tour for PGAT with top talent getting the golden PGAT Card.
@HoggeRacing@Matthew1539849@PGATour The PGAT should get on with having the best players in the world and not the best players under contract play in these events. Years from now “***” on this PGAT non-event.
@larry_mcwethy So the Russians, Chinese, French and other governments from around the world will let the USA claim to have gone to the moon and say nothing? The thousands of NASA employees working millions of hours on plans for an imaginary mission and everybody kept the secret.
@Luke_Elvy Total miss. I watch more amateur and college golf than PGAT. It’s the expected scenarios, the life changing events and spotting the next potential great player that is more exciting than seeing the same players compete 20x per year.
@JohnstonGarrett Did Jack and Arnie “sell out” when they formed the PGAT? Did the DP Tour “sell out” taking $50m from the PGAT to become a puppet and feeder tour. The DP “leaderboard” puts a PGAT Card symbol next the top players is position to leave next year!
@letitflye@dennispaulson62 Yes, Tiger could give up pro golf if he wanted. He could not play pro events for 5-7 years. He is exempt into Senior Am and could play UGSA Senior Open, British Open and British Senior Open.
@ColtKnost@BobSuraFans@USGA Should amateurs be banned from playing in the US Open, Masters, Open Championship and PGAT Events? How about State Opens and regional events. College players as full time golfers. Maybe, the USGA always had it right.
They have already been paid a majority of the money owed and won significant money every year. The PGAT is not the Masters, US Open, Open, PGA Championship or Ryder Cup! The PGAT is a shall of what it was 10-15 years ago before resorting to control tactics over talent as opposed to making golf better for the fans.
