@jmboga@AIRTEL_KE Last night I decided I've had enough. I've been patiently waiting for them to deliver on their generic "improving our network" replies a year later. I'm happily back to Safaricom. Pricey, yes, but reliable. The 10s of GBs accumulated weekly were barely usable.
@athleteKenya@AIRTEL_KE Same here. I even unmounted the router from its normal location looking for a better spot all around the house, but no improvement! Network signal strength is strong, but the speeds experienced have been a pain to use. Can't even stream 720p without buffering.
@Frankwizmwenda@AIRTEL_KE Came here looking for such a complaint to see if I was the only one struggling with this since yesterday. Download speeds are not even a quarter of advertised speeds while upload speeds are just fine.
@AIRTEL_KE https://t.co/XzkStvmUHM is not reachable via your 5G unlimited plan (10Mbps). This is preventing downloads from the Play Store and is affecting signing in to Google accounts. What's up with that? I just pinged and it's 100% packet loss. Something is not right.
@Safaricom_Care I've been losing airtime for several days, so today I checked airtime usage via the app only to discover I had a "Premium services and games" subscription that cost me sh 15 daily to some "game world" service I've never subscribed to!
@KenyaPower_Care we've been in darkness since Tuesday evening! Location: Ahero, landmark: Okanja Primary and Secondary schools. Complaint reference: 9251364. No one is answering Kisumu's emergency lines.
@Safaricom_Care I have, with more screenshots. Switching between 3G and 4G has no effect. Uninstall, reboot, reinstall still has no effect. The app clearly detects my safaricom number, but the nag doesn't go away. I can reproduce this like clockwork. Same result each time!
@Safaricom_Care your app has a serious bug that has been reported widely, and none of the workarounds work. I've tried them all, the app clearly detects the Safaricom sim as seen in the screenshot, but the nag at the front simply won't give way!
@Safaricom_Care I have already tried this multiple times. No WiFi, no other sim card except Safaricom, using it as the default for calls, sms and data. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't work. Clearing cache and data also didn't work. I've been at this for hours since yesterday.
