🔥 STARKNET ECOSYSTEM LANDSCAPE 🔥
✨Along with @zksync , @Starknet is an #Ethereum layer 2 solution in the form of a ZK-Rollup solution.🐺
✨So let's explore the projects that are available on Starnet at the moment👇

The Starknet Provisions Program is designed for a broad distribution of STRK to those who’ve substantially contributed to Starknet.
Here are a few relevant details:
✨1.3 million addresses.
✨50% of the token distributed to Starknet users.
✨Ethereum stakers until the Merge, EIP authors, Protocol guild members - you might be eligible for Provisions.
✨All fees for claiming STRK via the Provisions portal will be covered by the Starknet Foundation to ensure maximum ease for those eligible for STRK.

TPS measures Transaction Per Second, but is there a more accurate way of measuring blockchain throughput?
Enter UOPS.
No, it’s not an accident.
It’s User Operations Per Second.
On Starknet, transactions are processed as MultiCalls aka ‘bundles’ (shoutout to AA). So, approving, swapping, and transferring all in one go.
Would you count this as 1 operation or a few?
UOPS counts it as 3 User Operations.
TPS counts it as 1.
So, which do you think gives a sharper measure of Starknet's capacity - TPS or UOPS?
🧱briq allows users to build NFTs out of tiny cubes stored on the blockchain called briqs.
✅Disassemble anything built out of briqs
✅ get them back
✅ build something else.
Briq is a vessel for creativity where anyone can express themselves in a playful and decentralized way.
The @briqNFT team is set to update their system to the newest version of Cairo, in collaboration with @ohayo_dojo, the verified game engine, to enhance the composability of briq assets.
Find out how to start building with briq👇

L3s are coming!
What are the reasons to consider running a Starknet appchain on @MadaraStarknet and what are the limitations we have on Layer 2s
Appchains built on Madara offer more control and flexibility compared to developing directly on Layer 2 networks like the public Starknet mainnet. For example, appchain operators can customize parameters like block frequency, integrate experimental features like proof of storage, and optimize performance and costs. This makes appchains well-suited for applications like gaming that require alternative fee structures and flexibility.
Running an appchain means operators now have to run their own sequencer and consider incentives to keep it sustainable. This adds complexity compared to relying on the public sequencer network of a shared Rollup. Appchains also need to handle their own proofs to settle data on Ethereum, though they could utilize a shared prover like @StarkWareLtd 's SHARP system to amortize costs.
So while appchains allow more customization, they do trade off some of the simplicity of building directly on a public rollup. But platforms like Madara give devs options so they can choose the right architecture to balance factors like control versus convenience for their specific needs. And appchains can serve as "canary networks" to test innovations that may later apply to the public Starknet.
