We are in paper stage, with file crawling from AAI to Finance Ministry after 363 days since announcement.

New Vizag Airport was completed in 2 Years

Odisha Govt cancelled Bbsr metro project worth ₹6256 cr and sanctioned Subhadra Yojana (Laadli Behna) ₹55,825 cr for 5 years

Then Odisha govt waived off it’s claim of ₹1,00,000 cr mining due with ₹20,000 cr per annum through passing of MMDR bill

That's why I voted for change but the change is not visible on ground. It feels like we've been going backwards in 2 years. Starting with the choice of CM on day 1.

While our Odisha leaders are sleeping, Aviation Ministry run by TDP's Ram Naidu and supported by BJP Central leadership is robbing a great opportunity from Southern Odisha by denying Brahmapur an airport under UDAAN while Pasala a town 10 times smaller will get an Airport.

Mountains, Beaches, Lush Jungle Safaris, Heritage and soil rich with minerals-North Odisha has everything that a region needs for development but why do we rarely hear about it?
An airstrip and a 10 seater small aircraft is not the answer, a full fledged Airport is long overdue!

Palasa, a small town in Andhra Pradesh with a population of 57,500, is getting a brand-new greenfield airport — 1,383 acres, final clearance expected August 25.
Berhampur, Odisha's 4th largest city with a population of over 5 lakh, isn't. Odisha ignored again.

Just imagine this NDA-TDP minister who expedited every approval for Vigaz Airport in weeks, was siting on Bhubaneswar Terminal 3 Project for more than a year. And despite having 25 BJP MPs they did nothing.

@Rajesh_207 @LSwain_Nick @Suryaprakash983 You're thinking about Today. An Airport takes 5 years from planning to operation. Am airport alone won't do anything but if a region has to be developing then amenities have to be built ahead of the time.
