Fired a client this week. They hired me to manage their Raleigh duplex, then fought every single pricing move I made. "Why are we only charging $180 on a Tuesday in February?" Because the alternative is $0. Empty calendar = $0 revenue. But they couldn't see past what the ramp up phase to get a lisitng established
I've managed over 1,800+ bookings. I know what a Tuesday in February gets in this market. They knew what they wanted their property to be worth. Those numbers didnt match in this case.
@shaedapk@avikrishna@justalexoki Tried it and it was 30-40% off the true number if I tracked the weight and actual macros. Basic shit like the difference between 80/20 beef and 93/7 is vastly different on the macros but looks nearly identical when cooked through.
This ad is hilarious, has 11 million views, comments off. But the community note is a joke says, violates terms, and sites potential legal liability. But yet the ad is still live ?
Generating clicks no doubt with 11m reach, how is this ad not taken down as it violates the ad policy?
