Pleasant walk around #buttermere yesterday,spoiled by witnessing out of control dog force a sheep into the water and the shocking amount of bags of dog mess left lying. WTF goes on in people's heads. I appreciate its only a minority but FFS... @lakedistrictnpa @Cumbria_Lakes
