We are well past Election Day, and California is still tabulating ballots behind closed doors.

The exact same pattern keeps playing out: In-person votes drop on election night, a candidate takes a definitive lead, and then days of "late-arriving mail-in ballots" slowly but systematically flip the results. When election margins continuously shift for weeks, it doesn't matter what the "official" explanation is—the process itself completely destroys the public's trust.

Look at what is happening right now under this broken framework:
• The Governor’s Race: Trump-backed outsider Steve Hilton held a clear lead when the physical polls closed. Days later, a massive influx of late mail-in ballots shifted the field, knocking out third-place billionaire Tom Steyer (who spent $215M) and pushing institutional Democrat Xavier Becerra into the top spot.
• The LA Mayoral Race: Trump-endorsed candidate Spencer Pratt took an early lead for the crucial second-place runoff slot. Now, a steady stream of late-arriving envelopes is aggressively wiping out his margin to fuel a surge for progressive Nithya Raman—sparking viral outcries over localized "zero-vote" anomalies.

This isn’t partisan complaining; it has escalated to a full-blown federal intervention. The U.S. Attorney’s Office has launched multiple election fraud investigations into California’s "structural vulnerabilities." Just this morning, an Assistant U.S. Attorney was dispatched to conduct a physical walkthrough of the Los Angeles County ballot processing center to scrutinize active tabulation.

Local election officials claim these delayed tallies are normal, but a system that lacks immediate transparency and leaves outcomes as a moving target is fundamentally unsustainable. You cannot demand absolute faith in an outcome when the process remains a complete black box long after the voting has ended.

It’s time to end the farce, enforce strict voter ID, and ensure every valid vote is counted transparently on Election Day.

THE LAW IS CLEAR: The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) is the exclusive federal authority tasked with enforcing our election statutes.

Yesterday, a lawsuit was filed by Common Cause attempting to block the DOJ from doing its job. They claim the federal government has no right to inspect voter rolls or verify citizenship. The law says otherwise.

Here is the contrast the mainstream media won't give you:

The Civil Rights Act of 1960

• Federal law mandates that all election records be preserved for 22 months.
• It grants the Attorney General the sole power to inspect these records to ensure every legal vote is protected.
• Lawsuits now claim this inspection is "surveillance." In reality, it is a federal requirement to ensure the integrity of the process.

The National Voter Registration Act (NVRA)

• Section 8 requires states to conduct "list maintenance" to remove the ineligible and the deceased.
• The DOJ is the authoritative body that sues states when they fail to keep their rolls clean.
• While groups argue that the DOJ is "purging" voters, the NVRA actually requires the DOJ to ensure that only eligible citizens remain on the rolls.

The Help America Vote Act (HAVA)

• Created minimum standards for statewide databases and voter ID for first-time mail-in voters.
• The DOJ is the only body with the teeth to enforce these standards across all 50 states.
• Activists are currently fighting to keep these databases "private," but HAVA was designed to make them transparent and accountable to federal oversight.

THE BOTTOM LINE: The federal DOJ isn't "overstepping"—it is exercising its unique and exclusive mandate to secure our elections. You cannot have #ElectionValidity without federal oversight.

The DOJ has the right to inspect.

The DOJ has the duty to enforce.

Think New York's elections are trustworthy? Consider this: in the 2024 election in NY, nearly 900,000 votes were counted from voter’s whose identity and eligibility are prohibited by law.

602,948 of those were illegal duplicates, plus another 4,290 illegal duplicates with double votes!

This numbers of illegal votes can change the outcome of many races!
