I placed an order for $400 that was delivered at 12:44 am to an non secure location. By morning the package had been stolen.

@ZARA_Care response because the courier marked it delivered to the right address they are refusing a refund or replacement.

Delivering a $400 order after midnight and leaving it there overnight is not reasonable or secure delivery. I’ve tried to resolve this with customer service and I keep getting the same scripted response. provide a resolution. Order 54859382356
