@virginmedia the first occasion I was, nothing since. That’s not really the point though. Why haven’t VM done what they promised? 1.Delivered a TiVo V6 box & 2.Phoned me back on two separate occasions? 3. How are you going to rectify something you’ve promised on 4 occasions but not delivered?

@virginmedia what does it take to get a TiVo V6 box delivered? Promised delivery on 4 separate dates. No delivery on any of those. Two occasions promised follow up call including today at 10am by May, nothing! Customer Service is non existent. Customer for 20 years! Appalling.

@DavidWardyWard Just a shame the club went for money over genuine supporters who’d use the bar facilities all season and surely someone could have responded. Instead customer service = 0/10. Hope they sort things out in the Conference! 🤣
