Focus is a skill. You can improve it with practice. Simply by measuring my focus time and trying to improve it every session, I went from 1 hour to 2 hours in a month. My goal is to be able to focus on deep work for 4 hours. Focus is a superpower in the age of distraction.
How to facilitate progress: Find your biggest constraint and hit it from all possible angles until you resolve it, only then move to the next bottleneck.
Health is the prerequisite for everything else in your life. Remember to take care of your body and avoid risks of injury. There's such a waste of time lying in bed waiting to recover.
