I'm not a lawyer, nothing said is legal advice, a knack for reading law taught me a lot during years in legal battle. I've knowledge to share and more to learn!
@ktliberatore Maybe try to remember that it’s not about you, there are ways to remove yourself from a position where that’s possible and still allow the child to have a father.
@blackishmondayI agree that no parent should be separated from their child except in the event of threats neglect or abuse. Pls help me spread the word if my children are returned they will be forever without a father. https://t.co/sMj2aVju5y @gofundme
"Oh you are sooo lucky to get to work from home" I hear this ALL the time, picture taking your kids to work with you everyday AND that you literally live in your office, trust me I still appreciate the perks but there are days....
@RightsFathers I’m sorry to say I’ve seen a boy, grow into a man & no matter how long he was with us, it was heartbreaking to see him crying & clinging to his Dad. He’s 17 now & the crying at the airport doesn’t happen, as he got older & visitation became regular.
To answer my own question, since I don't mind publicly talking to myself...lol!! I found https://t.co/dC8ypos36O, which has a free search of case law & a couple helpful features also for free. For full use it's a bit pricey but cheaper than a lawyer & seems like a helpful guide. https://t.co/KX9WB6tSJX
Where does everyone go to research case law? I personally really like Google Scholar but I know there are others out there...maybe something with helpful features on how to incorporate case law into your petitions and motions. Or emails with the OAG....lol!!!

@hotandhumid Yep, IV-D agency doesn't have the payments registered but the SDU does, however they only give partial payment credit because I was over garnished, they list the full # but the extra goes poof. They say we are in arrears and won't give credit for over $2,000 of overpayments!
Can anyone think of a reason why the payment records both child & medical support...the entire Financial Activity Report for a period of time, being completely removed from the record? It equals an entire court order's time frame, almost 3 years!
