4 hours on the phone yesterday trying to get sorted and then a whole 17 mins into a call today before getting cut off. @TalkTalk lets see how bad your customer service is today 🙃

@TalkTalk I don’t think they do matter tbh. I’m on hold right now. While trying to get my compensation for the 5 times an engineer did not turn up I have just been asked why I missed an engineer visit?! WTF! I was there. I didn’t miss anything! Absolute joke of a company.
