This resonated with me so much. Our audience is the algorithm.
I was in Vancouver last weekend visiting a long distance friend I haven't seen in 7 years and I learned a few things about myself:
- I hate living in Alberta with snow 6 months of the year
- It's ok to fantasize about living in unaffordable cities
- Eat the sweet treat
- I would like to own a new Toyota Prius plugin hybrid one day
- It's ok to be a Karen and complain about a luxurious service you received that was below subpar quality
I know a lot of posts here can come across as negative, but I just wanted to tell everyone, I'm feeling great about my business this year, and I wish everyone success.
Too many people are flexing low ad spend and 20X ROAS on retargeting campaigns.
And here I am like Adam Sandler minding my business, accepting the success and failures I've encountered over the years, with no fancy follower count behind me and an avg client retention of 3+ years.
