Same situation when they reposition a crew capsule to a different docking port. The entire crew id in the capsule, in case something goes wrong and it somehow fails to redock.

Only the 2nd test flight counts, the 1st failed early on

Because the boosters don't reach orbit, they return quicker than the Starships .This means a single booster can be used for several Starship launches in a row
