Really happy right now. Just bought a pair of $194.99 shoes for only $59.99 😃

[Stephany @StephanyAGeorge]

@AmericanAir Thank you for helping me figure out a new flight. 😄

[Stephany @StephanyAGeorge]

@AmericanAir It's not that they weren't able to waive the fee, it's that they wouldn't. You already said the fee could be waived.

[Stephany @StephanyAGeorge]

@AmericanAir Makes it seem like you're just trying to get $200.

[Stephany @StephanyAGeorge]

@AmericanAir I call again today and now it's too late.

[Stephany @StephanyAGeorge]

@AmericanAir I get that. But you just said within the 1st 24hrs you waive the fee, I call and get told to try day of to change my flight

[Stephany @StephanyAGeorge]

@AmericanAir thank you for trying to get more money. Can you explain why it costs $200 to change a ticket in the 1st place?

[Stephany @StephanyAGeorge]

@AmericanAir the first time I called was told try changing day of for $75 instead of the $200. When I called again too late. So I can't win

[Stephany @StephanyAGeorge]

When I called to change it @AmericanAir rep told me "too bad" when I explained. Yep will use a different airline if I ever fly again.

[Stephany @StephanyAGeorge]

1st time booking a flight/flying. Accidentally choose the wrong date and @AmericanAir wants $200 to change it. 😑

[Stephany @StephanyAGeorge]

Don't think I could ever be this close to the field on a game day ☺️ #fenwaypark @SpartanRace
