@markbowmany @DWFitnessFirst To be fair, I think they were great in suspending memberships when gyms closed but there has been no consideration for changes once reopened. I can’t get to a gym now yet paying over £95 a month for the privilege. The silence is 100% worse than even a negative answer
Trying to cancel my @DWFitnessFirst membership due to a change of circumstance since COVID for over 2 months - the silence from their side and lack of customer service is a JOKE! Clearly stated in their terms I’m eligible to cancel too! Awful service #gym#fitness#membership
