#MedPhys x #LCAM: Over-modulation is the enemy in lung SBRT. Both of these MLC sequences produce great lung SBRT plans. However, the one on the right needs 1,500 fewer MUs and reduces patient treatment time. Something to keep in mind when reviewing SBRT plans. @aapmHQ @ASTRO_org
