@Plusnet Not at all, unfortunately. As a small business, it’s not great not having a phone line and running hotspots off mobiles! We were supposed to be up and running in days weeks ago, and we still won’t have a phone in til 22nd now.. shockingly poor!

Customer service gone to pot &no way to put complaint in via website. Currently emailing supplier about your service

@DPDgroup_news what’s happened to DPD’s service overnight? Gone from great to poor in an instant. And who tries to deliver to business at pre-7:30am? Then offer a new “VIP my parcel” to pay an extra £5, after already paying £10 for delivery 🤣 will be speaking with suppliers
