@foodgov Hi, I contacted @Morrisons on multiple occasions asking to put soap in their dispensers: store GL4 4FF. Nothing changed. Some of their TP & soap dispensers're broken. TP's put on bins & screws. Also broken freezers serving defrosted refrozen products

@Morrisons still can't deal with hygiene requirements like soap in their toilet. Especially at Abbeydale Gloucester GL4 4FF. Instead they keep asking me 2 pm them when they already have all the info. Broken toilet, no soap, TP on screw. Badly managed store & even worse CS on X

@CostaCoffee The receipt is given automatically on the tray without people asking for it when they drink in. It should be the same for people who drink in but bring their own cup/mug. As cutely and napkin. It's at the Costa Gloucester GL1 1AH. Thanks

@PapaJohnsUK in Hucclecote Glos. Rudest manager who hung up on me. This is their Papadias. I order them regularly so I know what they should look & taste like. These were like thick crust pizza sliced in 4 folded on its half and call Papadias. Also didn't taste like it should

@CostaCoffee obviously don't think water is a precious resource nowadays. This tape in the toilet at the Gloucester triangle shop has been running this way (see pic) for months!! Staffs are saying it'll be weeks before someone can fix it. Seriously? Definitely NOT @BCorpUK
