@OntheBeachUK not sure I would book anything with this company if they would not change (at paid cost to us) the hotel guest name when one party fell pregnant and couldn't go and someone was happy to pay extra flight change money but this company said "the hotel won't allow?

I am grateful to @landg_uk when they dealt with Gills life insurance policy claim, it was done swiftly, with care and thoughtfulness, whereas my friend with stage 4 cancer & 2 policies with @Aviva is not so lucky, arguing her claim with guesswork to life expectancy #BoycottAviva
