Anybody else with sending back their Quest 3S to Meta. Mine had a problem over12 weeks ago and still no replacement. Customer service don’t answer any questions and can’t tell me a date. Any ideas?

Why can’t I cancel my cottage stay 11 months away when I booked a cottage with a hot tub that now isn’t available. I booked the cottage because it had a hot tub. Customer service is poor and doesn’t help and it takes 30 mins plus to get through. Don’t book

@NInsightmag Not a brilliant experience for me. Cocktail bar expensive and drink quality. Service not up scratch. Training required I feel. Tried to book a table. Told it was fully booked all night. Two people in. Don’t like being lied to. We live in the area and not what I expected.
