@EverythingWX Love it. EW has been my go-to for local wx for quite a while. I like that your focus is the data and alerting - it fills a much-needed gap.
Shout at me if you ever want to talk about Western Weather Group station data integration.

Have you ever seen something like this?
Check out this visualization of water flowing through rivers in the Lower Mississippi Valley as thunderstorms meandered through the region over the last 24 hours.
The Streamflow products included with the MRMS suite from @NOAANSSL provide a one-of-a-kind way to visualize the evolution of heavy rain and thunderstorms.
Streamflow - or how much and how fast water is flowing down rivers - is represented in units of volume per second and is available from 3 different water balance models: CREST, SAC-SMA, and Hydrophobic.
NWS Meteorologists use these products to monitor the risk of flash flooding. You can access the full suite of FLASH products from MRMS on WeatherFront!
Incredibly stupid move from @RobinhoodApp to go the way of Polymarket resolving weather markets based on WU, which only uses hourly observations, meaning no data between hours matters. Glad @Kalshi is still doing it rightโฆ cc @ryanweather
@BP_State Based on 70% of the comments here, I donโt blame Jacob for wanting to shag ass out of Norman. What a bunch of miserable โfansโ in these comments.
