Winnipeg, Manitoba. Thinking tomorrow’s resilience workshop for National Managers Community. A truth we overlook in leadership: self‑mattering. Honouring effort, letting rest be enough, slowing down, treating limits as information. Sustainable leadership begins with“I matter too”

Crown Royal is Canadian Whiskey made in Gimli, Manitoba. It puts our country and our province on the map globally.
Let’s protect these Canadian jobs in Gimli, as well as in Quebec and Ontario.
I’m asking my friend Doug to not follow through on boycotting this Canadian product made from the waters of Lake Winnipeg by hard working blue-collar Manitobans.
We should all cheers to that!
Interesting, indeed! And there’s more that could be mentioned - e.g., Canada has a Triple-A Credit Rating, our Govt Debt Ratio is significantly lower, our Banking System is more secure, and our Maple-8 Pension Funds exhibit world-class investment results.
I spoke with Canada’s Prime Minister @MarkJCarney, and it was a good conversation, very useful.
I informed him about the work of the negotiating teams today in Switzerland. Ukraine is focused on working as constructively as possible on the steps proposed by the United States. We are working to ensure that the path toward ending the war is real and that the principled elements are put into action.
I thanked the Prime Minister for his support and readiness to assist wherever needed. We are also planning a Coalition of the Willing conversation at the beginning of next week. We value this format of coordination among a wider circle of partners so that everyone is involved and informed about the peace process.
RCAF Rescue-901 Crew, based at Gander, honoured w/ a Bravery Award at the Int’l Maritime Org in London today. Last Feb these courageous Cdns braved severe weather, hazardous seas & a rapidly deteriorating vessel to save all 20 lives from a disabled cargo ship in the Gulf of St.L.
Had a very productive meeting with Prime Minister Mark Carney of Canada. We appreciated the significant momentum in our bilateral ties since our earlier meeting held during the G7 Summit hosted by Canada. We agreed to further advance our relations in the coming months, particularly in trade, investment, technology and innovation, energy and education.
@MarkJCarney
