Just tried @nhighstein's Desmos activities on Voronoi Diagrams! Wow. https://t.co/wU1ybB4X08
I've been having fun writing fairly compact code for VDs.

@pwharris Enjoyed the over podcasts. HS teachers may think it's too arithmetic? Couldn't completing the square be understood as an over strategy? #mtbos
@pwharris Just listened to the podcast on addition using factoring. EVERYONE DOES IT! How many ways do you think of 700-300? Most people, I suspect, will respond effectively with (7-3)*100. Factoring to add, no?
@Mathigon Is there a reason groups cannot be flipped? 3-click workaround (& proof of concept): ungroup-flip-regroup. I just ran into this again encoding one of Lee Sallows' amazing Geomagic Squares. Or allow disjoint merge (harder) https://t.co/v5BpUFOfIJ https://t.co/Qdx1ifT7jQ
@davidporas@MathigonOrg @desmosclassroom @Amplify While much improved, it is still buggy. When I try to edit the bottom text on this fixed-size canvas, the toolbar gets in the way, pinned or not. https://t.co/B34LLid5J9
@MathigonOrg This utility (very important) page is in a bad state, so I can't interact with it; I can't see it all to recreate it easily (actually a lot of work), and I can't copy the contents. https://t.co/hNY7JyMxfg
@MathigonOrg I tried the logic section. Sometimes after a save and then a restore, "wires" vanish. Here's an example canvas and a before and after restore pics. https://t.co/9oCPETqqmM
@mathigon Students love changing colors, for (map) coloring of tilings, nets to be folded, or just objects. It currently takes lots of clicks & mouse motion. How about adding the ability to keep the color palate open, & maybe even pin it to the selected object like the toolbar?
@mathigon: I really like grouping! I used it here to decorate colored shapes to provide "texture" to help colorblind people distinguish colors. I wonder if having built-in textures would assist the colorblind. #iteachmath#MTBoS https://t.co/XYaNJ8nqCJ
@MathigonOrg I'm experimenting with decorating colored arrows with shapes to make them more colorblind-friendly, and the page was suddenly wedged. System being updated (maybe temporarily)? @davidporas https://t.co/BKq2UcTLHb --- the Twitter image is the one I expect
