@SessileMind@SamaHoole I never indulge in the lowest form of wit. It’s from my memoirs starting around 1953, full of stuff which most people won’t believe.
@SessileMind@SamaHoole Impressive analysis, my own limited experience was working on farming and forestry in the 60’s. We didn’t have sunscreen, and wouldn’t have used it anyway, but we sweated, peeled a bit, and got a tan. Nobody just lay in the sun ! Was it the work and sweat that protected us?
@SamaHoole It’s a very poor image I’m afraid.
But in winter we used to wait until the milk lorry had been through before driving through the snow to school.
It wasn’t a quantum effect, not everywhere at 7:30
The tens of millions in foreign donations received by Reform is, first and foremost, about foreign interference and billionaires buying British politics.
But it’s so much worse than that.
It will allow Reform to continue to campaign like it is the run up to an election, but all year round. It will buy them ads in newspapers, airtime on tv and the ability to micro target to an alarming extent on social media.
It will buy foreign hate bots who threaten and abuse, bots that call women worthless slags and black people the n word. It will be spent continuing to normalise racism, misogyny, homophobia and ableism in Britain.
It will be spent on online radicalisation, spreading fear and panic about minorities and creating an illusion of mad consensus.
They will create the problem, then they will claim to be the solution to that problem.
Their rhetoric will only get worse. They will have to get worse because Restore will only become more extreme and they’ll need to compete for votes.
It will exponentially increase division in society, it will incite unrest, all on behalf of and to the benefit of their billionaire pay pigs.
It is rich men, who don’t even live or trade in Britain, trying to buy our political outcome for their own financial benefit.
The only people who will get richer are the politicians they are funding and the disaster capitalists who need Britain to decline to prosper.
It’s treachery. The antithesis of patriotism.
Just on with @TomSwarbrick1, talking donations - my main point is ban all donations and state fund - it’ll cost a packet of crisps each per year to do this - super low cost to clean up politics completely, once and for all. Take away the suspicion and the actual influence that private money has, intentionally or not. Restore faith in our democracy and in politicians and the decisions they make. Disappointed at the end to hear Tom simply repeat a cheap shot - claiming I have had tax breaks or subsidies from Labour - I challenged him and all he could say is that other people have said it.
Pretty lame journalism that.
@SaraHirschhorn1 Slaughter by one side and organised mass murder by the other are not equivalent !
Always the assumption that one Israeli life is worth many times more …
What Are Free Zones—And Why Hasn’t Anyone Told You About Them?
Ask your family and friends if they’ve heard of Freeports, Special Economic Zones, or AI Growth Zones. Most will look at you like you have two heads.
That should worry you.
Here’s What I’ve Discovered
The UK is being quietly carved into deregulated economic zones, areas where normal tax rules, labour protections, and regulatory oversight don’t fully apply. The government promotes them as engines of innovation, job creation, and net-zero progress.
I’ve been documenting what they really are since the advent of Brexit.
Through FOI requests, policy analysis, and tracking the money, I’m exposing the connections between UK free zones and a global network of tech billionaires, anarcho-capitalists, and neoliberal policymakers who share a vision: replacing democratic government with corporate governance.
The Players
This isn’t conspiracy theory, there are documented relationships between:
Tech oligarchs (Peter Thiel, Marc Andreessen, Elon Musk, Balaji Srinivasan)
Political figures across the spectrum (JD Vance, Liz Truss, Rishi Sunak, Keir Starmer)
Libertarian theorists (Curtis Yarvin, Patri Friedman, Tom Bell)
Their shared ideology? The “Dark Enlightenment”, a movement that views democracy as obsolete and advocates for corporate-run territories governed like businesses, not nations.
Why This Matters Now
Three major UK parties, Conservative, Labour, and Reform UK, all back this policy. It passed with:
❌No parliamentary debate (secondary legislation)
❌No public consultation
❌No press notification
We have less than 5 years before transparency mechanisms, public regulators, and audit bodies lose access to these zones entirely. After that, legal accountability becomes nearly impossible.
How public money (state aid) is being funnelled into private profit in these zones
The Brexit connection and why timing matters
Which corporations are positioning themselves inside these enclaves
The legal architecture is being built to shield these zones from oversight
What this means for British sovereignty and democratic accountability
This is volunteer research. I’m not funded by think tanks or political parties. I’m documenting what mainstream media won’t touch.
Alternatively, you can support my research through my online Ko-Fi tip jar if you can; it helps me dedicate more time to FOI requests, document analysis, raising awareness, and connecting the dots, something the MSM is singularly failing to do.

Farage and Reform UK are in deep trouble. However, after 3 days, @Verbatim_Media's 37 minute video of their extraordinary year-long undercover investigation into Reform UK's illegal foreign donations has only got 161k views. It should have several million.
So please repost this and then share the video.
