@horseplinko123@AntonHand Out of all of the reasons for someone to buy the game, this being the thing that does it is hilarious. I feel like anyone with a PCVR setup should have it on principle.
@HowardtheDuck95@bornposting The game version of Q kinda feels like he's always been in Bond's corner, and that anything negative he's had to say (typically as a quip) is meant in good humour as banter and/or because he has to, even more than with M. Great supporting cast, all-round.
@GEIMZz@Ulexar@bornposting She was very cool in that movie, but it still cracks me up how stilted the dialogue was in what was supposed to be her big cathartic moment. That one scientist just decides to declare himself as a white supremacist out of nowhere and her retort is "time to die", fucking hilarious
@RedArcherLive@pizzahutuk Any recommendations? I normally get Domino's because my local location is closer and consistently makes good pizza, but I'm willing to give something from the Pizza Hut menu a shot if it comes with your stamp of approval. Haven't been to one in a while.
@madmummy76@GunnerDobbins An incredibly reductive and disingenuous way of "summarising" (read: oversimplifying to the point of willfully misrepresenting) multiple extended interactions across a chapter that wouldn't have taken a whole ten minutes in a typical Bond film for a similar side character.
@dfwaib@eventualforever The best part is that they lose it, only for Greenway to go off and find another vehicle, and it's an older model of Land Rover.
@EctoDesenhos@eventualforever Funnily enough, Walther is one of the few Bond mainstay brands that doesn't get a name check in this game, though the default "Service Pistol" is ostensibly modelled on the PPK, if slightly fictionalised and modernised, and one of the pre-order bonus skins is based on the P99.
@RedArcherLive@Gabz55334544@007GameIOI@IOInteractive I won't pretend they're the deepest, but they've got a little substance and complexity beyond their base archetypes. Certainly as much as typical Bond villains do. I don't think they compare unfavourably, especially with covering up the failures of their scam being their motive.
@RedArcherLive@Gabz55334544@007GameIOI@IOInteractive Not using names for spoilers, but the older one has some form of saviour complex, from some of his arguments with Bond, beyond just being morally corrupt and greedy? And then the other villain is more in it for the thrill and his enjoyment of causing death and carnage.
