@ChicagoElection This is confusing. Are these percentages the turnout out of each age group's total or is it the percentage of each age group that composes the total turn out so far?

So have only 2.35% of eligible 18-24 year olds voted or of the voters so far 2.35% of them have been 18-24? Thx!
