Each federally recognized tribe, to which there are over 525, is a sovereign country, but they're not treated that way.

In case you failed your government class, probably, the treaties are legal and binding agreements between two federal level government entities.

@TimBrauner2 @CNN Some states or school districts "choose" what, how & when history is taught. Some even skip over large portions of history. So how do children learn about history if it's not taught in the manner that it's supposed to be? That's what this bill is allowing.
