X's For You algorithm has been open source (Apache 2.0) since Jan 20, 2026, and @X updated the repo again on Oct 24. In the code defaults, a model predicts the chance a viewer will like, reply, share, dwell, mute, block or report, and weights turn that into a score.
Two weight changes on Oct 13-14: likes went from 0.5 to 0.66 (+32%) and video-open went from 0.07 to 0.02 (-71%). Likes still weigh far less than a reply (5.0), a DM share (5.0) or a copy-link share (20).
How do you stay on point and work the algorithm?

Through their partnership, Cloudera and Mistral AI are helping organizations bring sovereign AI directly to their data, with more flexibility over deployment and costs.

DataFlow won’t let you hit the NiFi REST API (or let AI build your flow). So I build on local NiFi 2.x where I *can*, prove it end-to-end, export, and drop it straight into DataFlow. Only thing that changes: Parameter Context + JDBC jars as assets. Full how-to (VIN events → Phoenix/HBase example included): https://t.co/Xqxk4Mp3Mp
