@MoreLimitless i love the system :D it adds a ton of variety to replays as you see which blades you get and shape your gameplay around them. Its a really lovely time. Its a bit hectic if you’re a completionist because doing everything in the game is a lot haha
@DemonicFridge@AspirinJuice425 i love how its entirely intentional too. they beat you over the head with it to the point where even the characters are commenting on it, his scenes are so fucking funny to me
@IcyDragonRB@nightlyrise i absolutely adore their interaction in the quest they have together, they would have such an interesting dynamic to explore over a whole game
@rico_ot_ i love them!!! their conversations in the story are so funny and heartwarming. i love how they both deal with their similar pasts in very different ways
@AspirinJuice425 i do wish that there were more that you got from talking specifically to people tho! the in universe justification was that people won’t just tell them everything to their face but as time goes on it’d be cool to see the evolving relationship btwn ouroborous and the world
@AspirinJuice425 i feel like i might be the only human being who really liked these things. It felt like taking a walk around to check in on places you care about. I really enjoyed almost all of the colony stories so i didn’t have a problem going back to see what was going on.
@collinier@Luxin_Xeno i never died to him in the three times i did the fight but i can entirely understand that it would be sooooo obnoxious if you did
@AspirinJuice425 xenoblade 3 def has my vote tho, the instant investment i felt in these characters is something i haven’t really experienced in any other game
@AspirinJuice425 the only thing i can say is that i wish it explained slightly less verbally because the visual storytelling is so efficient and well crafted. the shot of the levnis rolling over the bodies and soliders stepping on husks perfectly nails the normality of death in this world
@BeingButterfly_@jonnydels hey could you link where you found this scale and info? couldn’t find it online and i’d love to take a look at the methodology and rankings
