@jbfinancebull Yes, usually I find the consolidation area and breakout levels and you are right the best breakouts you get in the morning session, near or after London close and after Lunch break.

In options especially if you are doing 0DTE, we need to act at the right time just before the momentum (big players investment) otherwise the price might go in our direction but we will loose because of time decay (Theta), so first look for the area where price consolidate and will move in one direction just after the spark
