कानूनी जानकारों का कहना है कि सहमति से वयस्कों के बीच स्नेह का प्रदर्शन अपने आप में अपर��ध नहीं माना जाता, जब तक कि उससे सार्वजनिक व्यवस्था या अश्लीलता से जुड़े कानूनों का उल्लंघन न हो।
