Hello @RailwaySeva @IRCTCofficial Yesterday I traveled in train no 13170, PNR 6107883852 and ordered food in train. The food quality was substandard, stale potato chips, watery Dal.The staff also took Rs 120 from me. I didn't complaint in train as they harass the complainant.
