@idesibanda@iNitinTyagi
Sonam Raghuvanshi carried a Gun as PLAN B to kill Raja Raghuvanshi if the cliff plan FAILED : SOLICITOR GENERAL TUSHAR MEHTA IN SC
People are wrongly stating SC has refused to stay HC order. Infact they prima facie didn't concur with HC order. But since Sonam is already out, they have given her an opportunity to file her reply
Final decision of SC isn't out yet. Really hope they cancel her bail. If she remains out, all such wives who are killing their husbands will use this precedent to literally get away with Murder
PSB employees mark biometric attendance while entering office.
But nobody tracks when they leave.
Why ?
Because if exit timings are recorded, the truth will be impossible to hide:
Chronic staff shortage.
Routine late sittings.
Unpaid extra working hours.
Growing stress and burnout.
And the bigger question ??
Why are unions not making this an issue?
Why no strong demand for mandatory exit biometrics ?
Why is #5DaysBanking still hanging despite years of promises ?
When employees are sacrificing personal time every day, silence is not representation.
Bankers deserve unions that fight for working conditions, not just issue circulars.
Time to ask tough questions — to the system and to those claiming to represent bankers.

Thousands of PSB branches are functioning with just 2-3 employees, expected to handle everything, from cash and customer service to loans, government schemes, compliance, digital banking and recovery.
Yet, instead of asking why branches are chronically understaffed, employees are expected to sacrifice even basic lunch breaks in the name of customer service.
Why doesn’t the regulator inspect whether a branch has adequate manpower before issuing customer service directives ?
Why aren’t banks held accountable for operating with dangerously inadequate staffing ?
Is employee welfare not a regulatory concern ?
A strong banking system cannot be built by overburdening a handful of employees while celebrating record profits and dividends.
Bank employees are not a limitless resource. If customer service matters, adequate staffing must become a regulatory mandate, not an afterthought.
Accountability must be fixed on those who regulate and those who own Public Sector Banks.
Bankers don’t need sympathy. They need adequate manpower, humane working conditions, and regulators willing to enforce them.

@jalaunpolice@ShwetaaaSharmaa@Uppolice@rangejhansi Y selective suspension of a Male Constable while it is clearly seen the Female was the one who initiated everything while Male constable was sitting and working..Is this what u call a Gender Neutral approach in investigation..?
@Hellobanker_in Just a cheap publicity trick of the notorious person. @RBI why don't you make a clear cut rule of lunch time, just like other organisations have. You are enjoying all the benefits, what about the common bankers, the real soldiers on the ground.
@RBI is to be blamed. When courts, parliaments, ministries, municipal corporations, PWD, electricity boards, private MNCs, and even the RBI can have lunch breaks, why don’t banks have fixed lunch hours? This no-break rule causes confusion and confrontation. Fix a break time to avoid such future incidents.
People expect one bank employee to handle 200 customers a day. Is that realistic? Banks across the country are facing severe staff shortages, and the public needs to understand the pressure under which employees work. Lunch breaks are a basic necessity in every office—government or private. Should bank employees be expected to work without lunch?
@nilesh_pawar15 Toxic work culture for bankers?
Unrealistic targets.
Threatening behaviour.
Transfers far from family upon promotions.
No empathy for pregnancy or family issues.
No work-life balance.
No #5DaysBanking
Performance grows with motivation, not fear.
@nilesh_pawar15 A bank doesn’t fail when employees resign. It fails when employees feel valued only for numbers, not as human beings.
Resignations are a warning. Suicides are a tragedy and the ultimate failure of workplace culture.
Empathy is not a cost. It is leadership.

@nilesh_pawar15 Deeply saddened by the tragic demise of Shri Bishal Brata Roy. Condolences to his family. 💔
This is a wake-up call. Banking needs
✅ Proper training
✅ Workload management
✅ Work-life balance
✅ Right to disconnect
✅ 5-day work week
These aren't luxuries. They're necessities.
@bankofbaroda What kind of toxic workplace environment do you guys have that compelled a 23 years old lad to end his own life?
You recruit a young man then send him to banking operations without even training him, and then won’t even let him quit! This shows that your HR policy is a sham. His parents lost their young son, but it won’t affect you because for you, money only matters. Simply pathetic, no words to describe this apathy! @DFS_India

Deeply saddened by the unfortunate demise of Shri Bishal Brata Roy, a newly recruited DRO at Bank of Baroda. This tragic incident highlights the importance of continuously reviewing workplace conditions, employee well-being, and support systems in the banking sector.
The time calls for constructive introspection on training, staffing levels, workload management, transfer policies, mental health support, and employee-friendly HR practices.
A strong banking system must be built not only on performance, but also on the well-being, dignity, and professional growth of its workforce.
Heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family.

“Work-life balance” in some systems means:
Work till exhaustion.
Balance your mental breakdown quietly.
Young professionals are told they are the “future of the nation,” then welcomed with impossible targets, staff shortages, transfers far from family, endless pressure, and the timeless management philosophy, “adjust kar lo.”
Apparently, being overworked is called commitment. Anxiety is called performance pressure. Silence is called professionalism.
When a 22-year-old reaches a point where life itself feels heavier than the job, maybe the question is not about individual strength. Maybe the system should stop celebrating pressure as productivity.
Policies proudly speak about employment, growth, and development. Strange how nobody mentions the emotional cost hidden behind those glossy reports.
A workforce is not built by squeezing people dry. A country cannot progress by normalizing burnout and calling it discipline.
But yes, keep increasing targets. Human lives are clearly “non-performing assets.”

Day 2
Dear @bankofbaroda@DFS_India@FinMinIndia
I request that a thorough enquiry be conducted into the matter and appropriate corrective measures be taken. Ensure that no family has to suffer due to suicide in the future.
I will tweet daily to remind.
Married in days.
Judged in moments.
Fighting in courts for years.
Not every case begins with a crime —
some begin with rejection and end in suffering. ⚖️
