Good news! The Zero draft of the #pandemic instrument(@WHO)recognizes the relevance of the Right to Science for the effective management of global health emergencies. In2022 we called on the #INB(WHO) to include a reference to this human right. They did it.@TAGTeam_Tweets@ScFrDy
Although much more work needs to be done towards the full recognition of the Right to Science as a game-changer against pandemics, the mention of this right is a meaningful achievement. For the first time, a draft instrument negotiated within the @WHO refers to the RightToScience
