🔸Please STOP MIXED LAND USE.

🔸Build Mall’s & Shopping Complexes with B1, B2 & B3 basements. B3 should be exclusively for neighbourhood parking.

🔸All old DDA flats need to be rebuild upto 14 floors with B1, B2 & B3 basement, catering for futuristic parking.

🔸All old colonies/legalised illegal colonies should be rebuild upto 14 floors with B1, B2 & B3 basement, catering for futuristic parking. They should have Primary Health Centre, Shopping Complex and Government school.

🔸Undertake ROAD WIDENING project so as to remove bottlenecks. Remove ENCROACHMENT on footpaths & roads. Take land using clauses used in DMRC towards road widening & development. Request centre to pass ordinance to that effect.

🔸Built Multilevel Car parking at DMRC stations, ISBT and railway stations.

🔸Use spaces underneath the flyovers for CRANE parking towards speedy removal of break down vehicles. Built Traffic police station & PCR station underneath the flyovers. Leftovers spaces can be used for paid parking of cabs.

🔸Most importantly, parking space MANDATORY for vehicle owners. Stop vehicle registration without parking space. Else they buy parking space in B3 of shopping complexes & mall’s. No parking on road & outside house.

🔸All Ground Floors of Malls & Shopping Complexes should have 24x7 stores, Grocery & Stationary, Pharmacy & Medical clinics.

🔸Replan Delhi like Noida & other world class capitals. Even capitals of CIS nations & ASEAN countries are world class and way ahead of DELHI. Ban use of GUTKA & PAN MASALA. Impose stricter FINES.

🔸Delhi has been thoroughly ruined after implementation of MIXED LAND USE policy by @INCIndia and then the vote bank politics of @AamAadmiParty.

🔸Sign MoU with UP government and Shift all industries of Delhi to Aligarh, Hapur and Meerut. Above places have excellent rail & road connections to Delhi. This will DECONGEST Delhi and remove/ reduce pollution. Only essential & non polluting industries to stay in Delhi

🔸Lastly, Delhi is nations capital and deserves appropriate & expeditious attention. Let’s not ignore it. It’s time for action.

🔸INDIA1 had to take 08:45 Hrs of flying around the Himalayas & Tibet to land in Tashkent followed by Bishkek to towards SCO summit.

🔸With IWT held in abeyance, Pakistan continues to arm twist India by not allowing Indian Carriers to fly through Pakistan airspace.

🔸 However, Pakistan cannot do the same with other International Carriers. Gulf carriers are de-facto benefitting from the above situation as they enjoy cheaper cost of operations on two counts - Fuel price & flight time.

🔸Further, India & China have an officially agreed IB at North of DBO (Daulat Beg Oldi) in UT of Ladakh.

🔸Now with opening of border trade with China through Nathu La, the GoI can request for ATS route through China for commercial flights.

🔸An MoU between India & China for ATS Route from:

PLAN - A
LEH (Route: W39) - DBO - AVGUT (Route: L181) will bypass Pakistan airspace and join Tajikistan airspace via China.

PLAN - B
LEH (Route: W39) - DBO - DSC (YARKANT) - (Route: L181) will bypass Pakistan airspace and join Tajikistan airspace via China.

🔸With Kashgar Laining International Airport (ICAO: ZWSH), Chandigarh Airport, Pathankot Airport, Adampur and Srinagar available available for civilian use, it’s now question of MFA, MoD & MoCA to get its act together.

🔸Lastly, if China can be convinced, then dual use Hotan Kungang Airport (ICAO: ZWTN) & Tashkurgan Khunjerab Airport (ICAO: ZWTK) can be additional /added airports for emergency use.

🔸Also in future, with promulgation RNP AR approach for Leh, Thoise & Nyoma, these airports can be used for an all weather diversion airport towards contingency. Nyoma Airfield (13,700 ft) can be developed like China has developed it’s Ngari Gunsa Airport (ICAO: ZUAL, Elevation-14,022 ft)

🔸With this India can circumvent Pakistan airspace and connect CIS nations, Russia and fly to Europe & US with reduced penalty.
