@HDFCBank_Cares I have seen that documents but MSME Enterprises doesn't attract any foreclosure charges. Please issue fresh letter with Nil Foreclosure charges
@HDFC_Bank@HDFCBank_Cares We have Drop down Limit account (LAP) since last more than 10 years with couple of ECGL Loans. We want to close the loan but despite submitting documents and amount being deposited, your officials are not taking timely action. We are MSME Enterprise. A/c No. 50200016593753
@HDFCBank_Cares@HDFC_Bank@RBI@RBIsays@jagograhakjago Dear RBI, is their any direction to the banks (No. of days) when a customer wants to close a loan account. We are trying to get the same done from HDFC but their mail to us says that they would revert by Jan 29th. How come a bank be so unprofessional
@IDFCFIRSTBank@RBI@FinMinIndia@minmsme@jagograhakjago@TheOfficialSBI@ICICIBank@KotakBankLtd@nsitharamanoffc@MeNarayanRane@bpsvermabjp
We, a MSME enterprise (UDYAM-MP-23-0015059) took a loan of 1 crore (LAP) from IDFC Bank for business expansion 17 months back. It was sanctioned at interest REPO Rate 4.9% + Spread 3.85% i.e at 8.75%. After 4 months it was revised to 9.75% and our instalments from 180 to 206. After another 4 months it was revised to 10.1% and installment increased from 206 to 218. Then on MAY15th 2023, the rate was again revised to 10.35% installments from 218 to 228.
Within 17 months of loan our instalments have gone up from 180 to 228 i.e., 48 months which comes to Rs. 47,97,360/- (Rs. Forty-seven lacs ninety-seven thousand three hundred and sixty)
We want to shift the loan but IDFC is not sanctioning it with Zero Foreclosure despite MSME Status. Despite sending mails to top management they are not reverting or replying.
This is truly pathetic. How can a small enterprise who wish to grow, pay 50lacs more on a loan of 1 crore.
