Today is International Day to Eliminate Violence against Women, and the start of the global 16 Days of Activism campaign. The yearly campaign calls to prevent violence against women. Until the 10th December we’ll be sharing how we work to eliminate gender-based violence.

Our latest programme EFECT (Education for Every Child Today), launched yesterday in partnership with
@EAA_Foundation
and @qatarfund. The programme aims to reach 13,500 out of school children across Montserrado, Margibi and Maryland.

Since the conflict began over 2.5 million refugees have now fled Ukraine. On Thursday alone, 200 unaccompanied children crossed from Ukraine in Romania. Within the country, the conflict zone is widening every day.
