@structube 2 staff at ancaster meadowlands irritated that I interrupted their visiting to request helpโฆthey were angry & negative
Refused to move so that i could get by, to leave the store, arms crossed, confrontational. Not good sales staff material
In the end threatened me
@structube Iโve made numerous phone calls, and the only option that I was provided was to cancel the order which is unacceptable.
I will continue to contact your corporate office because I believe this business practice is it inappropriate.
@structube Hey. We ordered Chicago books cases from you on July 11 with the expectations to have them delivered 3 weeks later. Now we are being told it's December. U took over $700 as a deposite. That's not legal to keep money when you can meet the original agreement. Any solutions ?
It is so frustrating to pre-pay an item from @structube in July and being reassured that there is stock. And delays that are now going into December. Rather than offer customer service, three different company reps suggested to cancel the order. #CustomerServiceFail
@structube does not stand behind their products/quality. Have to approve reviews and do not approve the reviews that attempt to warn customers of faulty products. 1 yr warranty has so many stipulations it doesnโt cover anything.
5 months of owning this table from @structube and they wonโt replace/exchange under their 1 year warranty because apparently this happens with use. Wonโt approve a negative review to warn other customers so I came to Twitter to warn others.
@SarahGencarelli @structube@CBCOttawa Hereโs ours and their response was โit happens all the time and we are not gonna do anything about itโ. I will be suing them in due course. There should be a class action at some point in the near future.
