@foundbysara It was only one second, but I spent way too much time trying to figure out which muppet was named Liesl von Trapp. Maybe somebody from the Electric Mayhem?
@travelocity I already tried to work with your customer service. They seem to think that using the automated cancellation system meant that I waived my right to a credit. Can you confirm if that is true? I can't find anything on your website saying anything like that.
Do not book flights on @Travelocity! I had to cancel and reschedule my flights due to a family emergency. When I reached out to rebook my flights today, the agents told me that I was not issued credits for the three flights cancelled through the automated system.
@travelocity The problem is that the automated system is not set up to give people credits when they're eligible, and there is no warning that you won't receive the credit.
@DougJBalloon Trump may be "High on Life" at the prospect of bringing federal income taxes to a "New Zero," but attacks on unions bring worries of a "Little Shirtwaist Fire."
@Hyatt Still no refund for the $2000 they took without my consent. Their website says they are waiving cancellation fees but they are lying! Stop putting profit above public safety!
@Hyatt has been dragging its feet about cancelling my March stay that was impossible due to COVID-19. I offered to rebook for the future, but you added new language to the contract weakening protections for cancellations, and yesterday you charged me $2000 without my consent.
I just trying calling the Hyatt. When I said their website advertises waived cancellation fees, the representative shouted "absolutely not" and when I asked her to calm down she said "I'm ending the call" and hung up.
